Casino Lisboa - Macau

Casino Lisboa is one of the most famous hotel casinos in Macau. The casino is owned by the Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau (STDM), a Stanley Ho company. This three-storey complex was built in late 1960s. Since then Macau has been known as the "Monte Carlo of the Orient"
The original casino and the 12-storey round hotel tower were built in 1970 by Stanley Ho, Teddy Yip, Yip Hon and Henry Fok. A 270-room extension was added in 1991 for a total of 927 rooms. As of 2006, yet another extension, the Grand Lisboa, is being built next to the current complex. This expansion is being done partly in competition with the newly opened Wynn Macau, located right next to the original Casino Lisboa.

In front of the three towers will be a Theatre Block, a Convention and Exhibition Facilities Block, as well as the Casino Block, which will have up to 1 000 gaming tables and 1 400 slot machines. The Art-Science Museum will be constructed next to the three blocks and will have the shape of a lotus. Its roof will be retractable, providing a waterfall through the roof of collected rainwater when closed in the day and treating audiences to laser shows when opened at night.

The Casino at Marina Bay Sands will have four levels of gaming with a wide variety of table games and slot machines featuring the latest games such as video poker and electronic roulette.

Crown Casino & Entertainment Complex - Melbourne, Australia


Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex is a casino and entertainment precinct on the south bank of the Yarra River, in Melbourne, Australia attracting on average 16 million visitors yearly, making it the largest casino in Australia. Crown Casino is a unit of Crown Limited. The complex was designed by multiple architects including award winning Daryl Jackson and opened in 1997. The complex is one of the central features of the Southbank area in the central business district and the Crown Promenade fronts onto the waterfront as part of Southbank Promenade.

The Venetian Macau - Cotai Strip


The Venetian Macau is a 40-story, $2.4 billion anchor for the 7 resort hotels which are under construction on the Cotai Strip in Macau. The 10,500,000-square-foot (980,000 m2) Venetian Macao is modeled on its sister casino resort – the The Venetian in Las Vegas – and is the largest single structure hotel building in Asia and the fourth-largest building in the world by area. The resort has 3000 suites, 1,200,000 sq ft (111,000 m2) of convention space, 1,600,000 sq ft (149,000 m2) of retail, 550,000 square feet (51,000 m2) of casino space – largest in the world – with 3400 slot machines and 800 gambling tables and a 15,000 seat arena for entertainment/sports events. Cotai Jet operates a high speed ferry service between Hong Kong and the Venetian Macau, allowing easy access in comparison to ferry services stopping at Terminal MarĂ­timo (Macau's Main Ferry Terminal)

Starcity - New South Wales, Australia

Star City Hotel and Casino (formerly Sydney Harbour Casino) in Pyrmont, Sydney, is the second largest Casino in Australia after rival Melbourne's Crown Casino.
